Cursul se adreseaza studentilor la psihologie, profesorilor - consilieri, specialistilor care activeaza in domeniul psihologiei educationale, consilierii scolare si vocationale precum si oricaror altor persoane interesate sa dobandeasca informatii in acest domeniu.

OBIECTIVE

  • familiarizarea participantilor cu perspectiva psihologiei pozitive asupra dezvoltarii si vietii copilului si adolescentului;
  • prezentarea si cunoasterea modelului conceptual aplicat in cercetarile psihologiei pozitive focalizate pe copii si tineri;
  • cunoasterea specificului evaluarii bazate pe calitati a copiilor si adolescentilor;
  • familiarizarea participantilor cu instrumentele de evaluare a dimensiunilor dezvoltarii pozitive a copiilor si adolescentilor;
  • familiarizarea participantilor cu instrumentele de evaluare a starii de bine curente (satisfactia si fericirea) si pe termen lung a copiilor si adolescentilor;
  • familiarizarea participantilor cu instrumentele de evaluare a calitatilor/punctelor forte de caracter si a virtutilor la copii si adolescenti;
  • abilitarea participantilor in utilizarea instrumentelor de evaluare a calitatilor/punctelor forte de caracter si a virtutilor la copii si adolescenti.

TEMATICA

  • Notiuni introductive: Abordarea pozitiva a dezvoltarii si vietii copiilor si adolescentilor in familie, scoala si comunitate: viata buna, functionare optima, sanatate mintala pozitiva, dezvoltare pozitiva, rezilienta, adaptare pozitiva, copilul ca intreg, dezvoltare si invatare sociala si emotionala, stare de bine, calitati si forte morale;
  • Modelul conceptual pentru evaluarea functionarii psihice optimale la copii si adolescenti;
  • Conceptul de evaluare bazata pe calitati - aplicatii la copii si adolescenti;
  • Masurarea/evaluarea dimensiunilor dezvoltarii pozitive a copiilor si adolescentilor: ajustarea personala; competentele sociale; relatiile pozitive cu familia si alti adulti semnificativi, cu egalii si colegii, cu scoala si pozitive cu comunitatea;
  • Masurarea/evaluarea starii de bine curente (satisfactia si fericirea) si pe termen lung a copiilor si adolescentilor (conform modelului PERMA): afectivitate/emotii pozitiva/e, angajare/implicare si stare de flow, sensul/semnificatia vietii si sentimentul de realizare/implinire si succes;
  • Masurarea/evaluarea calitatilor/punctelor forte de caracter si a virtutilor la copii si adolescenti: modelul VIA al trasaturilor individuale pozitive si calitatilor morale care conduc la cele sase virtuti (intelepciune, curaj, omenie, dreptate, cumpatare si spiritualitate); instrumente de evaluare a calitatilor/punctelor forte de caracter si a virtutilor la copii si adolescenti;
  • Analiza de cazuri concrete si activitati de grup tip jigsaw.

FINALIZAREA CURSULUI

Participantii vor primi un certificat de participare acordat de catre Asociatia Institutul Roman de Psihologie si 15 credite de la Colegiul Psihologilor din Romania.
